"We bought the property off plan and moved in during March 2015. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and we were excited about creating our first family home together. We loved that the property was the perfect compromise between old and new; attractive Victorian-style bay windows and red brick, yet all the convenience of a modern build. We have loved how comfortable and low maintenance the house is (especially with young children!) By adding just a few luxury touches, such as the wooden floors, extra parking, and artificial lawn, we have been able to make our home really work for us. It’s also very economical in terms of bills. With the arrival of our second beautiful daughter, we have decided to move back to Wales to be closer our families again. Whilst it feels like the right move for us as a family, we will be very sad to leave the house we have made a home - if only there were a way to take it with us!"
