What the owner says

"We purchased this house because we loved the huge driveway and large sunny garden that feels very private. It’s a perfect location for taking a walk around Poole Park or popping to the restaurants and bars in Ashley Cross – although because we love the house so much, we do tend to mostly have BBQ’s in the garden! The house is very light and full of character, we find it very peaceful and see lots of wildlife in the garden from jays to woodpeckers, and even a badger. We've been very happy here and we’ll be sad to say goodbye but are relocating. With the planning approved to convert this home to a 5-bedroom house, a family would have the option of the house growing with them."
