What it's got

As you walk into this traditional well presented 1930's home you will want to see more. The ground floor offers the 'wow' factor and makes for a great home to enjoy modern day family living. Starting with the modern 'country styled' fitted kitchen to the rear of the house which offers ample units to eye and base levels and leads onto the impressive brick built conservatory extension with pitched roof, exposed brick wall and double doors onto the garden. There are two further reception rooms, both have been tastefully decorated. The lounge offers a cosy space with a working wood burner to keep you snug of an evening. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms and the third single single is larger than usual. NB: From the second bedroom, a pulldown ladder provides access to the loft room, which has been converted and has central heating and two Velux windows. There is also a modern family bathroom. Now the level garden certainly will not disappoint. It is a good size and benefits from South westerly aspect making it a great garden to entertain, barbecue and enjoy the summers days in. There is plenty of space for adults and children with a large patio area and the remainder being laid to lawn with a summer house. The front of the house provides a driveway with parking for several cars and leads leads to the garage. Whilst this property is presented in immaculate condition there is still scope to extend to side and create even more space, this of course would be subject to the usual planning consents.

What the owner says

"We fell in love with house as our family home as soon as we stepped through the front door. The accommodation was perfect and offered us room to easily extend should we wish to. We have loved spending sunny days in the garden and in the kitchen/conservatory and cosy winter evenings around the log burner in the lounge. Being walking distance to Penn Hill and Ashley Cross, and so close to the beach and Branksome Chine we really couldn’t have wished for a better location. We have made many fond memories here; we even held our wedding reception in the back garden! It has such a calm, homely feel to it and we really will miss it so much."
