This property has recently undergone a complete ground floor renovation/extension but yet still offers scope to extend into the loft with previously approved planning already in place. As you walk in you instantly feel drawn to the rear of the property where the impressive 'u' shaped Kitchen/lounge/dining room extension can be found. The lantern light and bi-folding doors allow plenty of natural light to flow through. The kitchen itself has been cleverly designed with ultra-modern units and complementary work top surfaces. The remainder of the room is ideal for lounging and dining and makes a great space for modern day family living. There is a further lounge/'snug' to the front the house and a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two of which have built in wardrobes and family bathroom with shower and separate bath. The South/Westerly facing garden certainly has the 'wow' factor it is impressive in size comparing to others in the area boasting in excess of 120ft. There is a large patio area ideal for entertaining, socialising and barbecuing with remainder of the garden being laid to lawn. The wooden garden cabin/office/bar offers a spacious room with light and power. There is also a garage and driveway with parking for several cars. NB: The owners had approval for a loft conversion which may now have lapsed but could easily be re-applied for.
Due to its easy access to the local parks, Harbourside, schools, beach, town centre and Ashley Cross, Whitecliff is quickly becoming a popular hotspot to live in. Whitecliff itself has a small parade of amenities including convenience store, butchers and ironmongers. Coast is a pleasant cafe ideally for breakfast and lunch. Ashley Cross can be walked to with its array of boutique shops, amenities, coffee shops, trendy bars and bistros. Parkstone train station is approximately 10 minutes walk away and offers direct lines to Waterloo, London. The award winning beaches of Sandbanks can be driven, cycled or walked to.
"Our piece of heaven in Poole. We bought this house due to its quiet cul de sac location and the potential to turn the garden into a fantastic south facing paradise. We have loved living here for the past five years and enjoyed the outside space as much as the inside space. The house is bright and airy and we love having friends round for dinner, bbq, evening drinks and to play pool. Its so peaceful and a stones throw from the amazing Whitcliff park. We will be sad to leave as we will miss our friends and neighbours and how central we are to everything Poole and Ashley Cross has to offer."
