Myself and my husband were always clear what we wanted as our first home and when we viewed our flat we knew that it was it, the location of it being within walking distance from the town centre, the Victorian high ceilings, the garage... they all ticked all the boxes. We then put our love and sweat in it all and refurbished every inch of it making it our ideal home for the past 3 years, so the interior, bathroom, kitchen, floor and central heating are all less than 2 years old. We then welcomed our precious son to our family about 7 month ago and are now feeling it’s time to upgrade our lovely flat to something more specious with a bit of a land to grow up on and so here we are looking for someone who will love our first home as much as we do. It’ll be sad to let go of her, but look on the bright side as they say, we’re sure this will make someone a lovely home and lots of memories like it did us.
