What it's got

You know when you walk into a house and you get that warm inviting feeling, well this house will give you exactly that. The owner has tastefully decorated throughout making it a lovely home to call your own. Starting with the impressive open-plan living space, beautifully presented and lending itself well to modern day living. The light just flows from the lounge bay window through to the kitchen windows/door at the rear. The lounge area offers a cosy and welcoming space with the focal point being the stunning fireplace. The dining section of the room has plenty of space for a decent sized table and chairs and there's even enough space for desk, dresser or sideboard too. The kitchen is modern in design with ample cupboard space and doors give access straight to the garden. The first floor offers two good sized double bedrooms with the master bedroom giving access via a staircase to the additional loft room. NB: The loft room is currently utilised as a bedroom. The main bathroom is really the only room you may wish to put your own stamp on, although its clean and tidy and perfectly useable. The garden is surprisingly large for a Victorian home with a raised patio area and steps leading down to a sizeable lawn. If you like to socialise, sunbath and BBQ you will love the South Westerly aspect. NB: You could create parking to the front of the property, subject to the usual consents. What the owner says

“I have always been drawn to the character houses on this road, and as soon as I walked in nearly 13 years ago, I knew this property was the one. The house is warm & cosy and the open plan living makes it so light & bright; the light streams in throughout. The garden is a real plus point as its bathed in sunshine, and the patio living area is a fantastic sun trap up until early evening. This is a great road to live on, everyone is friendly & looks out for each other. The house is perfectly located to all the local Penn Hill restaurants bars & cafes; and we’re lucky enough to have always been able to walk to both Courthill & Baden School. My daughter and I have loved living in this house, and we have some very happy memories. It’s time for a new chapter for us, but I know that whomever buys our house will love it as much as we have”.
