We moved to Magna Road 11 years ago when the property was brand new. We had previously spent 7 years doing up a bungalow and really didnt want to have to do all that again. We loved the fact the bedrooms were of really good size something our teenagers had not had before and was also nearer to the Grammar School where our daughter attended. We also knew that once they learned to drive that we would need additional carparking space. We have spent many hours walking over the heath which is literally 10 mins walk down the road great for children on cycle rides too. Now that ours have left home we would like to downsize to free up some cash so that we can enjoy more holidays.
