It was this spaciousness which immediately convinced me that this was going to be my home. Control of the freehold plus ample car parking were the icing on the cake. Overall it was - and still is - incredible value for money for such a sought-after location: "Like a house, but cheaper" as I like to describe it. I've so enjoyed having bags of room to have friends & family to stay over, dinner parties, or even band rehearsals. (Quiet ones!) It's been such a relaxing, low-maintenance (I'm no gardener) place to live in.
