From premium and featured listings, to subscriptions to the top property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, floorplans, video tours and of course high quality photography, there are many factors to take into account. Look through prospective agents’ listings; if the images don’t impress you, how will they catch the interest of potential buyers?
